Parking the courtyard/in the garage

Parking in the courtyard right by the hotel is free for all guests. The capacity of the enclosed hotel car park is 25 passenger cars. If you prefer, you can also park your car in the garage with open access at a fee of CZK 100/day.

Wi-Fi internet connection

Free Wi-Fi internet connection is a given. It is available in all of the hotel’s rooms as well as the common areas. It is also included in the basic services offered as part of the conference rooms, which can be hired for your events. 


On the day of your arrival, we offer the possibility of checking in earlier if the hotel’s current capacity allows for it. Similarly, you can also request to use the room for a while longer depending on the vacancy situation. Standard check-in time starts from 14:00; guests are asked to check out by 11:00.

Persons with limited mobility do not have to worry about staying at Hotel Nikolas. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and there are two rooms furnished with special barrier-free equipment; however, we recommend booking your stay in advance.

We will be happy to take care of your laundry during your stay. We offer a laundry service as well as dry cleaning. Returning the clean laundry depends on the time the service was ordered; we are usually able to return the laundry within two days.

We offer a wake-up call service in order to avoid sleeping in and managing your jampacked itinerary in Ostrava. All it takes is letting the front desk know the exact time when you need to wake up and, come morning, we will keep calling you until you wake up.
